The countdown is on! The final programme for the EDU-DC International Conference on Dual Career is now available, bringing together a full day of insights, practical experiences and discussions on how football can better support players on and off the pitch.

On 25 September 2026, the EDU-DC community will gather at BayArena in Leverkusen, Germany, bringing together football federations, clubs, coaches, Dual Career experts, researchers and other professionals working with young players across Europe.

The programme will combine keynote contributions, project insights and interactive workshops, providing different perspectives on Dual Career development in football. Participants will also discover the results and resources developed through EDU-DC, hear practical experiences from the football environment and meet the Dual Career Coordinators who have been part of the project’s pilot programme.

With several workshops running throughout the day, the conference will offer plenty of opportunities to exchange ideas, learn from different approaches and connect with professionals facing similar challenges across European football.
