D1.1 Survey Report
This report summarises the findings from the research phase (WP1) of the Erasmus+ Sport project EDU-DC – Education and Dual Career. The research explored how dual career (DC) development is perceived and experienced in European football academies—both by football players and by Dual Career Support Providers (DCSPs).
Concluding report on interviews and testimonials
D1.3 Testimonials
This report provides an overview of all the interviews with various staff members from the clubs Crystal Palace, Arsenal, SC Freiburg, TSG Hoffenheim and Halmstads BK. Theseclubs are considered best practices in the field of dual career development.
In addition to the complete overview of all interviews, the report includes one or more detailed interview summaries per club, highlighting the key findings. These summaries provide insight into the role of the staff member as well as the club’s methods and vision.

This report outlines the progress made by the EDU-DC partnership toward its objectives during the first half of the project, covering November 2024 to February 2026. It focuses on the activities implemented and the results achieved to date.
